At Anokhi Threads Ltd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, each order is carefully checked by our team before packaging for your peace of mind. Please review our refund policy for online purchases below:

 

1.Return/Exchange Policy

All online purchases can be returned for store credit within 48 hours of receipt. Returns must be sent using a tracked service at your expense. If the item received is faulty, please contact us at hello@anokhithreads.com within 48 hours, and our team will investigate and provide you with a return label.

 

2. Condition for Return

Outfits must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and not sprayed with any kind of perfume. They should be in their original packaging, with the receipt/proof of purchase, If the product is returned in unsuitable condition, it will be returned to you without a refund or store credit.

 

3. Exchange and Availability

Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions. Any exchange requests, including a size change, are subject to availability.

 

4. Store Credit Validity

Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

  

5. How to Start a Return

6. Return Shipping Costs

For all returns, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the products back to us at their own cost. If the item received is faulty, the customer needs to contact us at hello@anokhithreads.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the fault,  our team will investigate and feedback with next steps.

 

7. Damaged Packages in Transit  

We are not liable for any damage to the product once it has been received by you. If your package is damaged during transit, you will need to contact the courier company directly to resolve the issue.

 

8. Order Cancellations 

Please note that we can only accept a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, we are unable to cancel your order, as items will already be processed for shipping.

9. Returns Contact

Please do not message on our social media pages for any returns or exchanges as our team will be unable to complete your request, this MUST be done by email only.
